What is Indonesia Business Visa B211A?

The B211A is Indonesia's Corporate/Business Visa for foreign nationals entering for business purposes: meetings, seminars, negotiations, trade fairs, and site visits.

Allowed: Business meetings and negotiations, industry seminars and exhibitions, site visits, market research, project monitoring.

NOT allowed: Working for or receiving income from an Indonesian company. For work, you need a Work KITAS (E31) or Investor KITAS (E28A).

You can extend your B211A up to 2 times within Indonesia, with each extension adding 60 days. Start at least 7 working days before your current visa expires.

B211A vs KITAS

When to Upgrade from B211A to KITAS

B211A is for short-term business visits only. If your situation changes — you start working or investing in Indonesia — you need to upgrade to a KITAS.
