About Us
InvestinAsia was launched in 2022 to help founders, investors and operating teams enter Asian markets with clearer planning and stronger local execution. We are headquartered in Jakarta, with a second office in Bangkok.
We support company registration, visas, tax, legal, compliance and workspace across ten markets, so businesses can expand with one coordinated plan instead of nine separate vendor relationships.
Rather than treating each market as a separate challenge, we help clients sequence expansion and move from one country to the next with fewer surprises.

380+
Jakarta (headquarters) and Bangkok are InvestinAsia’s own staffed offices. The 380+ figure covers legal, tax and business specialists across vOffice Group, IZIN.co.id and UnionSPACE combined — not InvestinAsia headcount alone. A wider network of 40+ vOffice Group locations in Indonesia is available to clients as registered or serviced addresses.
Company facts
Market entry decisions are due-diligence decisions. Rather than scatter numbers across pages, we publish them in one table and label which entity each one belongs to.
If a figure below matters to your procurement or compliance process, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Request written confirmationGroup structure
Clients ask this often, and the honest answer has three parts. Here is how the group fits together and which company handles which piece of your engagement.
Business services group, operating since 2003.
Market entry: entity setup, visas, tax and licensing across 10 markets. Headquartered in Jakarta, launched 2022.
Indonesian licensing and corporate legal practice, operating since 2012. Delivers most of our Indonesia work.
Regional workspace network and consultants. Provides on-the-ground capability in markets outside Indonesia.
What this means for you: you sign with and are billed by InvestinAsia, and you have one account manager. Behind that, filings in Indonesia are handled by IZIN.co.id's licensing team, workspace comes from vOffice Group, and in-market steps elsewhere are executed by UnionSPACE consultants and vetted local partner firms. We will tell you which party is doing what before you sign.
Founding Story
It fails on the third thing nobody scoped: a sector licence that took longer than the company deed, a work permit that could not be filed because the entity was not yet tax-registered, a lease signed before anyone checked whether the address qualified for the licence.
We started with Indonesia, which is still where our deepest track record sits. As clients asked for Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Cambodia and Dubai, we extended market by market rather than announcing coverage we could not deliver. Our Bangkok office opened as a staffed second base; the other markets run through group consultants and partner firms, and we say so on every page rather than implying branch offices we do not have.
InvestinAsia was launched in 2022 by IZIN.co.id and vOffice Group, a business services group operating since 2003. Indonesian filings are handled by IZIN.co.id’s licensing and legal team, workspace comes from vOffice Group, and in-market steps elsewhere are executed by UnionSPACE consultants and vetted local partner firms — all coordinated from Jakarta so you deal with one account manager rather than nine vendors.

What We Do
These rarely arrive one at a time. Sequencing them against each other is most of the value.
Entity selection, shareholding structure and the filings that follow — including PT PMA in Indonesia and its equivalents in each supported market.
Investor, work and business-travel routes for directors and hires, timed against the incorporation schedule so applications are not filed too early.
Tax registration and reporting, corporate secretarial work, licensing and statutory obligations after the entity is live.
Registered address, virtual office or serviced space, drawn from vOffice Group locations and checked against your licensing requirements.
How We Work
Three stages, in this order. It is a sequence rather than a menu, which is why it is numbered.
We map your business activity to the entity types and licences actually available to foreign owners in your target market, and tell you which sequence is possible — including where the honest answer is that a market is not worth entering yet.
Incorporation, visas, licences, tax registration and workspace are run as one project with named owners on our side and a written timeline showing what depends on what.
Monthly and annual filings, corporate changes, permit renewals and reporting obligations continue after launch. Most of our revenue comes from clients in this stage, not from first-time registrations.
Supported Markets
Backed by
We help businesses compare markets, sequence expansion, and move across countries with one coordinated partner.
Each market has its own rules, pace, and paperwork. Our local teams help turn strategy into action on the ground.
We prefer clear scope, realistic expectations, and practical recommendations over overpromising or vague timelines.
Businesses need fast answers when opening a company, moving staff, or solving compliance issues. We stay close throughout the process.
Cross-border projects move more smoothly when local teams and international decision-makers understand each other clearly.
Our role does not stop at setup. We continue supporting businesses with compliance, administration, workspace, and growth-stage needs.
Awards
InvestinAsia holds recognition from the Indonesia Best Companies Award (IBCA). Our partnerships with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and the Chamber of Young Lankan Entrepreneurs are documented in our newsroom — we would rather point you at things you can verify than describe ourselves in superlatives.

A visible symbol of the credibility, consistency, and business support standards that our regional clients expect.
