  • The guarantee applies only after IIA reviews and accepts the case.
  • The client must submit complete, accurate, and valid supporting documents.
  • The client must follow agreed instructions and respond to document requests on time.
  • Refund eligibility applies when IIA cannot successfully deliver the accepted case for reasons within IIA control.

Not covered

  • Government processing delays or system downtime are not covered.
  • Changes in government regulations or policy after the case starts are not covered.
  • Rejected or delayed applications caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid client documents are not covered.
  • Cases affected by blacklisting, force majeure, or third-party issues outside IIA control are not covered.

The guarantee applies to cases that IIA has reviewed and formally accepted. Acceptance depends on the service scope, feasibility, and the completeness of the client documents before the case starts.

A refund is not available when delays or failures are caused by incomplete client documents, government processing delays, regulation changes, blacklist issues, force majeure, or other factors outside IIA control.
