Type of Company Incorporation in Indonesia

  • Local Company is 100% local or WNI owned
  • Foreign Company is 100% foreigner or WNA owned

  • Local company has no minimum capital requirement
  • Foreign company minimum capital is IDR 10 billion

A physical address is needed to obtain a domicile letter and support the registration process.

  • Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
  • Business license registration with BKPM or OSS for foreign companies
  • Additional industry-specific licenses from relevant authorities when applicable

  • NPWP, NIB, and KTP plus NPWP of the director
